1. Services

Your Ads Team provides digital advertising services, including Facebook and Google ad campaign setup, management, and reporting. All services are offered on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

2. User Responsibilities

By signing up for our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Cooperate with us to help create and run effective ad campaigns

Review and approve ad content in a timely manner

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of feedback or incomplete submissions.

3. Payments and Billing

All pricing is clearly stated on the website. Payment is required in advance for campaign setup and ongoing management. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are excluding VAT and VAT will be added at checkout

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for missed or late payments.

4. Cancellations, Refunds and Money back guarantee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services already rendered are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle. The money back guarantee is only applicable if you have been running ads with us for at least 14 days consecutively , have received at least one enquiry either by phone or email and have had no pauses in your ads during this period.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials developed by Your Ads Team (ad copy, graphics, strategy) remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them only in the context of the paid service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We aim to generate leads and results through advertising, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or ROI. Your Ads Team is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of our services. If tour Meta or Google ads account is suspended you will need to resolve the issue directly with Meta and Google as the account owner. We will not be involved in that process.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
